About Emcompass-360

Emcompass 360 was founded in Hong Kong with a clear vision: to prepare students for the complexities of the modern global workplace. We recognized a gap between academic theory and professional reality.

Our founder is a Hong Kong-based medical professional with years of experience in the business world and a strong commercial network. As a father of two daughters, he guided them through subject selection and university applications, ultimately witnessing both gain admission to top-tier universities in Hong Kong to pursue dentistry. This journey gave him deep insight into the confusion students and parents face, and the lack of practical references in the market. Driven by this experience, he established Emcompass 360 to combine his professional expertise and business connections, providing international students across the Greater China region with comprehensive career exploration resources and hands-on references to help them make informed choices at life's key crossroads.
